Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
Once your order is placed, it will be dispatched within 2 business days in the Netherlands. For deliveries within Europe, expect your order to be shipped within 2-5 business days. For destinations outside of Europe, shipping will occur within 3-7 business days. Please note that prices do not include additional taxes or customs fees that may apply to orders outside of Europe.
Delivery times may vary, so please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive. If your purchase has not been received after this period, kindly contact info@charliemoonstudio.com.
RETURNS
Please note: all (limited edition) Prints are non-refundable. As these works are produced on demand and made specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to their exclusive and made-to-order nature.
If your artwork arrives damaged, it will of course be replaced with a new item at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Only original hand-painted artworks are eligible for returns. For these items, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To qualify, the artwork must be unused and returned in the same condition in which it was received. All original packaging and labels must be intact.
Always retain your tracking number and a copy of the return shipment receipt as proof of return shipping. Please ensure the return form is included with the returned goods. If you do not have the return form, print and complete it before enclosing it with your return.
Shipping costs for returning items are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
For your protection, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

We are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that occur after delivery, whether to the buyer, others, or third-party property.
Additionally, we are not responsible for the unavailability of the website or any technical or electronic errors on the site.
